Biorulli® Biodiscs Monoblock M 115
1.15 m disc diameter and fiberglass tankEfficient, compact, extremely flexible with different pollutant loads: the Biorulli® biological oxidation system, monoblock M 115 series, is ideal for biological water treatment in apartment buildings, villas, small campsites, and factories.
Treatment efficiency.
Extreme flexibility with load variations. The system is insensitive to large variations (plus or minus) in both biological and hydraulic load, even if they last for many hours. It does not suffer from a lack of influent even protracted for several days.
Modularity and scalability. The systems can be upgraded at later times by adding additional disks.
Low energy use. The system works mechanically. Consequent lowering of operating costs.
Ease of operation and maintenance. The purely "mechanical" operation of the machine does not require specialized personnel. The wear and tear of mechanical parts is negligible, the administration of additives or reagents is not expected.
Monoblock M 115 series biodiscs: description
The “M” (Monobloc) series of Biorulli biodiscs is designed as a package unit, that is, with rollers complete with tank ready to be housed in any outdoor or indoor location.The prerogative of this series is precisely versatility of use and installation with consequent savings in occupied area.
In particular, the Biorulli® Monoblock M 115 biological oxidation system has a biodisc diameter of 1.15 m: it is therefore the smallest monoblock series. It provides a disc roller complete with a tank and cover, both made of fiberglass-reinforced polyester. It is an economical and easy-to-install version.
Typical applications: apartment buildings, villas, small campsites, establishments.
