Sistemi di Ossidazione Biorulli Monoblocco M 240

Biorulli® Biological Disc Rotors Monoblock M 240

2.4 m disc diameter and metal tub

It is the monobloc version, thus consisting of rollers and tank, with larger dimensions, useful for plants with more important disposal needs: nevertheless, M 240 biodiscs feature the same simplicity of installation, operation and maintenance typical of biological treatment solutions offered by MITA Water Technologies.

One-pack solution.

One-pack solution. Compact system consisting of rollers and tank ready to be housed anywhere.

Treatment efficiency.

Treatment efficiency. A reduction of between 3 and 4 kg of BOD5 per kWh can be estimated.

Modularity and scalability.

Modularity and scalability. Facilities can be upgraded at later times by adding additional units.

Minimum lifecycle cost.

Minimum lifecycle cost. Low acquisition, maintenance and resource utilization costs result in an excellent return on investment.

Ease of operation and maintenance.

Ease of operation and maintenance. The purely "mechanical" operation of the machine does not require specialized personnel. The wear and tear of mechanical parts is negligible, the administration of additives or reagents is not expected.

Easy installation.

Easy installation. Compactness, small size and limited need for civil works make it an easily manageable solution.

Biorulli® disc biological rotors Monoblock M 240 series: description

Like all Biorulli® biological disc rotors (or “disc biological contactors”), the M 240 series takes advantage of oxygen and aerobic bacteria to degrade organic matter in wastewater. Moreover, as in the case of the M 115 and M 200, we are talking about a one-piece system: the M 240 biodiscs are therefore compact solutions, consisting of rollers and tank, ready for installation.

The Biorulli® M 240 oxidation system combines the advantages of a monobloc (ease of installation, reduced civil works) with applications for already sizable plants. The tank is made of treated and painted carbon steel or AISI 304-316 steel, the cover of fiberglass-reinforced polyester (fiberglass).

Transportation of these monoblocks does not require exceptional transportation. Typical applications: medium-sized communities, industries of various types.
